Emerald Home is a full-line supplier to home furnishings retailers throughout the United States and around the world. Emerald Home’s regional distribution center occupies a 200,000 square foot building in Tacoma, WA. Emerald operates its own fleet of trucks covering the western states, along with a distribution center in North Carolina.

We are looking for a college student or recent graduates to join us this summer working in our E-Commerce team. We are interested in hearing from students studying Marketing, E-Commerce, and Business Administration. This is a wonderful opportunity to work directly with our experienced E-Commerce team in planning, controlling, and analyzing product listings. Interns will have the opportunity to learn Product Information Management (PIM) software systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM) software systems, as well as popular retailer platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, and more).

Internship Will Include Hands-On Experience and Exposure To:

• Learn elements of a successful Product Detail Page (PDP) in E-commerce
• Build valuable experience in a PIM with product images, copy, attributes, and other product information management
• Experience how major vendor platforms like Amazon’s Vendor Central manage content and reward certain listings over others including images, video, copy, sales history, and in stock rates.
• Co-ordinate with Marketing, Product Development, and E-Commerce teams to enhance our consumer experience.
