Upholstery-
Frame - 10 years
Spring - 10 years
Cover - 1 Year
Foam - 1 year
Recliner Mechanism - 5 years

Wood Products-
(Bedroom, Dining, Entertainment, Youth, Occasional)
1 year

All warranty issues must be addressed with the retailer where the purchase was made accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Does not include commercial, contract, rental trade, institutional or other non-residential use.

Emerald has the sole right to determine whether a claim is covered by this limited warranty.

All warranties cover manufacturing defects only. Any abuse or neglect will void this warranty. Transportation costs are not covered under this warranty.
